The Big Bash continues to showcase exciting talents, high-scoring thrillers and passionate fans. Broadcast partners Fox Cricket and 7Plus will bring the action to homes. Venues span major cricket stadiums across Australia with the schedule and player draft/lists still being finalized. The finals will trim the field down to the top 4 before the champions are crowned. They will face each other in a double round-robin league format. All 8 city-based franchises participate – Adelaide Strikers, Brisbane Heat, Hobart Hurricanes, Melbourne Renegades, Melbourne Stars, Perth Scorchers, Sydney Sixers and Sydney Thunder. The tournament runs from early December 2022 through January 2023.
